Coke and Bench Collaborates to Celebrate 100 Years of Happiness through Fashion!
Last January 28, 2012, Trinoma Mall was converted into one giant happiness party as the two giants -- Coca-Cola and Bench Clothing teams up to spread more happiness through Fashion!
The Event titled The Coke Big Youth Blowout is part of Coca-Cola's 100th Year and to further celebrate the momentous milestone, Coca-Cola Philippines teamed up with the Philippines' largest clothing company Bench to present Coca-Cola Originals by Bench.
The Trinoma mall activity area was filled to the brim with excited people ready to see the show live! The Event opened with MYX Philippines' VJ Chino pumping up the venue with more excitement, He also presented chosen Coca-Cola fashion bloggers who had the chance to walk down the ramp together with Celebrity Bench Endorsers.
The main show started with the University of the East PEP Squad bringing in the youth spirit to the beautiful stage with their cheer dance routine followed by the powerful dance performance of the dancers that wowed the audience!
The fashion show started with the models strutting the much awaited Coke X Bench Tee's collection. The Lively and vibrant colors and patterns of the clothes made everyone focus on the collection!
A Bench Fashion show wouldn't be complete without their Celebrity endorsers to make the event more lively and exciting. Bench Celebrity Endorsers walked down the ramp wearing the Coke Originals by Bench Tee's while strutting their stuff to fresh funky music. Some of the celebrities who walked down the ramp are Rocco Nacino, Steven Silva, Enzo Pineda, Joseph Marco, Julia Montes, Kathyrin Bernardo and Enchong Dee.
The fashion show concluded with a grand dance number participated by all models, performers and celebrities who walked down the Coke X Bench runway at Trinoma mall. Coca-Cola Philippines President Guillermo Ponte and Bench Clothing's CEO Ben Chan also joined the celebration by joining the fun dance finale!
Aside from the main show, everyone at the venue was busy with all the things going around the event. Free flowing carnival foods such as pop corn, cotton candy and corn dogs was served all throughout the event, and of course, a Coke event wouldn't be complete without free flowing Ice cold Coca-Cola to keep everyone hydrated at the event. 3 giant Coke Bottles was also served as canvass to guests where everyone can paint whatever they want on the giant bottles while outside is a giant wall where people can post their greetings to Coca-Cola's 100th Year!
After the event, I finally got the chance to meet and had my photo taken with the Man behind the great company Bench, Mr. Ben Chan. It was a nice experience meeting him in the flesh. (Yes, I fan boy-ed more to Ben Chan than to the Artists at the event haha).
This is only the start of Coca-Cola Philippines' Year-Long Celebration!
