A look at SM Supermall's - SM Aura Premier
SM Aura Premier, the newest addition to SM Supermall's list of shopping haven in the Metro. Situated inside Bonifacio Global City Taguig, Aura Premier is accessible via C5 and McKinley Parkway and boasts a one of a kind design never before seen in any SM malls here and abroad. Last opening weekend, I decided to drop by with my family to check out SM Aura Premier first hand, let me take you a mini online tour on what to expect when you visit this wonderful mall.
SM Aura Premier's overall design creates a unified look from the mall to the office tower component. When we visited last opening weekend, the office tower component is still under construction. Upon entering the mall, a 2-level atrium will be greeting you as well as the two storey Forever21 and Uniqlo stores.
Giant touch screen guides are also available at different parts of the mall for shoppers to easily find the stores they're looking for, as well as how to get there from their location. It's actually quite nice that SM Aura Premier has these, as getting around a new mall and finding stores would be a little complicated.
The interiors of the mall features a more bigger atrium from the lower ground floor to the top level with grand staircases at the middle to compliment to overall look. I also noticed that they used different materials for the flooring of each levels of the mall, which adds to the over charm of it. Skylights are also places to the length of the mall to bring in natural light from the Sky Park.
At the upper level of SM Aura Premier is where you'll find Food on Four, Aura's version of SM Foodcourt. Food on Four offers a new feel to the regular food courts we're used to, using different materials to make dining here more pleasurable. This is also where you'll find SM Cinema, Director's Club, and IMAX Theater.
An access way from Food on Four will lead you to the Skypark, a public park situated at the roof of the mall, the Skypark offers a modern oasis in the middle of the concrete jungle of BGC. Here is also where you'll find the soon to open San Pedro Calungsod Chapel as well as the Samsung Hall -- a mini dome-type events & concert venue.
Other places in this mall that's worth visiting is the SMX Convention Center Aura and the wide array of International stores opening their first branch in the country here at SM Aura Premier. I'll definitely come back again soon once more stores opens and as well as the other half of the Skypark.
